Register Your Child
Enrollment Procedures
We invite you and your child to visit us at Lilyfrog. You’ll have the opportunity to see our wonderful facility and meet our director and staff. For an appointment, please call us at (401) 847-0685 or email us to setup a time.
For military families who are about to re-locate, please know that we are great at giving you a “tour” of our facility by phone and answering any questions you may have.
Once you decide to enroll your child, please download and print the registration materials specific to the program in which you are enrolling and mail it to Lilyfrog, 146 Aquidneck Avenue, Middletown, RI 02842, along with a non-refundable $100 registration fee. Registrations without a registration fee will not be processed.
